Arrow S Taxidermy is not liable for any damage or loss of any mount, antlers, horns or skins due to theft, fire, shipping errors, vandalism or natural disaster. Arrow S Taxidermy cannot guarantee the success of tanning or mounting due to improperly processed and handled capes prior to arrival at our facility. Any capes or hides that do not make it through the tanning process will be replaced at the customers expense.
A 50% deposit is required on all mounts at time of drop off. All deposits are non-refundable. 100% of the total balance is due within 7 days of notification or your work order will be moved to the bottom of the list, no mounts will be completed without full payment. Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee and will cancel any work order until the most current balance is met.
You will be notified upon completion of your mount, unpaid items are considered abandoned after 60 days and become the property of Arrow S Taxidermy and are subject to resale with loss of initial deposit.
Mount prices do not include excessive repairs or replacements, please see our price list for repair rates. Animals found to be harvested illegally or illegally obtained will be subject to local and state laws and law enforcement will be notified immediately.
Turnaround times vary from year to year. Current turnaround is 14-18 months from date of deposit.
